Health & Wellness
Bupa Healthcare cover
This cover provides private medical treatment in the UK for you, your spouse or civil or domestic partner and your children for medical costs that fall within the providers cost/scheme guidelines. All employees are automatically added to the comprehensive cover policy after their three-month probation period.
Dental Scheme
Our policy is to contribute to the cost of routine work for you, your spouse or civil or domestic partner, you are automatically added to our group policy after your probation period.
Life Insurance (Death in Service)
Tomorrow Communications offers Life Insurance cover to all permanent qualifying employees. This provides financial security for an employee’s dependants/beneficiaries if they die while employed by Tomorrow Communications, up to 4 times their basic salary up to the maximum limit imposed by the Inland Revenue.
Long Term Disability
This cover provides a level of replacement income for employees who are unable to work due to injury or illness, if you have been unable to work for a continuous period of 13 weeks or more, provided your claim is accepted by the insurance provider.

Training Spend
Each employee has specific requirements when it comes to training and development. At TC we have an individual training fund for each member of staff which can be utilised on a yearly basis.
Mentoring Sessions
We provide regular technical training sessions to all employees through a mentoring programme.
On-line Training
Each employee and their immediate family are given access to our online training facility that offers over 1500 interactive courses.

Performance Aligned bonus
In addition to your basic salary you will receive a discretionary bonus determined by your performance and the firm’s overall growth.
Pension Scheme
All permanent employees are eligible to join the pension scheme upon completion of their probation with the company. Employees can choose the level of contribution that they make. Tomorrow Communications will make matching contributions to this plan to a maximum of 7% of an employee’s salary.
Objectives Related Bonus
After your initial 3 month probation period new objectives are agreed, achievement of these objectives is worth a total of £1,000 per annum.
