NMS enhances the uptime and performance of your network by promptly managing problems, following efficient escalation procedures, maximising availability and a 24x7 monitoring framework. NMS will proactively manage and monitor your traditional and converged network elements such as routers, switches, access points, load balancing devices and firewalls among others and perform IMACs (Installations, Moves, Adds and Changes) NMS services reduce your total cost of ownership, minimise complexity and enhance reliability.

Our service delivery team consists of a service delivery manager that provides a single point of ownership for your network. This person is responsible for the overall performance of the network and for all aspects of the service provided. We adhere to best practice network management techniques using both internally developed methodologies and industry standards such as ITIL.
Within our managed service framework we continually measure, model and optimise the underlying network. We establish a performance baseline to enable our engineers to analyse the characteristics of your network, helping them to identify areas of improvement in order to increase the overall efficiency of your infrastructure.
We test and manage the operating system version of your network devices and plan version upgrades when needed. Where required, we execute configuration and functionality changes, integrating with your existing internal change management processes. We can also implement and manage an IP addressing plan of your enterprise.
Our security policies establish robust rules for the managed router, switch, firewall and other network devices. This policy is flexible enough to adapt to your business requirements while ensuring your network remains secure and available.
Our asset management service allows us to have a real-time representation of the size and exact make-up of your network. This enables real-time reporting for compliance and audit purposes, including PCI and other security audits. Our Asset Management tools can also be used to proactively identify hardware outside of manufacturer End-of-Support and End-of-Life timetables.
We can manage the complete cycle of your parts replacement, including the management of external providers to ensure successful hardware or software remediation.
The small projects office covers any small projects during the operations phase. Activities such as user relocations, activation of WAN circuits, connections to 3rd parties and IOS version upgrades can be managed by this office.
We can proactively monitor your infrastructure on a 24x7 basis. In the event of a fault, our engineers will perform restoration of the service through isolation of the problem and initiation of remedial action. Our monitoring team will also manage the communications process to ensure all parties are kept informed of the current incident status.
