We can provide suitably experienced Project Managers that are able to adapt their methodologies and approach to your internal standards for project delivery or utilise industry standard methodologies such as PRINCE II, PMI or Agile. Although networking is at the heart of our business, our expertise is not limited to network-centric projects. Our Project Managers have significant experience across a range of infrastructure platforms. We also offer in-depth experience in Data Centre Builds and Moves and consider this area to be one of our key strengths.
Our Programme Managers have been deployed over a number of Enterprise organisations to run high value, multi-faceted programmes of work often with an international reach.
We understand that the PMO is the hub of any project, often responsible for keeping the whole programme on track. As such, it’s just as imperative that the individual(s) in this team are of top quality. We have a great deal of experience in finding the right people with the right attitude to blend in to any team.
